APTEA provides exempt employees at The City of Calgary with active, responsible and effective representation in matters identified in the Exempt Staff Policy.
APTEA provides for its members:

- Value Added Benefits
Membership in APTEA is not mandatory and is restricted to City of Calgary employees who are in exempt positions.
