The City of Calgary Administrative, Professional, Technical Employees Association (APTEA) is a voluntary association representing management employees regarding terms of employment, salaries, benefits and other related issues and concerns.

APTEA is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by APTEA membership at the Annual General Meeting in November each year.

Board positions include five officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Past President) and (Directors) a minimum of one to a maximum at the discretion of the current board).
